Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or CM with progressive project management experience.
• Effective communication and public relations skills with all levels.
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, schedules, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans, specs, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and legal authority for assigned projects from initiation to warranty.
• Administer contracts between MSU and consultants/contractors; ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Communicate with campus stakeholders, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Resolve conflicts to serve MSU’s best interests and maintain project alignment.
• Ensure QA throughout design and construction and enforce contract requirements.
