Job summary

KIPP DC is seeking a School Compliance Manager to support one campus with maintaining compliance documentation and health records while partnering with school teams. The role is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities across enrollment, health services coordination, and policy administration.

You will work with the Associate Director or Director of School Support and Service to ensure fidelity to regulatory requirements, student information accuracy, and excellent families service on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4 years of experience in a related field
• 2 years of experience working in an education environment
• Self-starter with customer service experience and relationship management skills
• Unquestioned integrity and commitment to KIPP DC's mission and to advancing its anti-racist ambition

Responsibilities

• Partner with school teams to implement, monitor, and document KIPP DC's compliance at the school level across federal and state requirements.
• Manage enrollment documentation and residency/compliance processes to ensure timely offers and enrollments.
• Lead coordination of health compliance efforts including immunization records and health screenings.
• Serve as a connected staff member supporting student recruitment and campus events.
• Maintain updated health records and ensure data input into DOCIIS and other systems.
