Job summary

KIPP DC is seeking a School Compliance Manager to join the School Support and Service team at one campus. You will maintain documentation and manage compliance with federal and state requirements, helping ensure fidelity of student information and supportive services.

This on-site role reports to the Associate Director or Director of S3; you will partner with office managers and operations, coordinate enrollment and health compliance, and serve as a friendly face to families while safeguarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of experience in a related field.
• 2 years of experience working in an education environment.
• Self-starter with customer service experience and relationship management skills.
• Unquestioned integrity and commitment to KIPP DC's mission and anti-racist ambition.

Responsibilities

• School Level Compliance duties including audits, reviews, and annual reports.
• Student Enrollment Management duties including residency documentation and enrollment audits.
• School & Campus Support responsibilities including coordination with campus offices and event participation.
• Health Compliance & Coordination duties including health records, immunizations, and medication tracking.
