Article Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant in Seattle to support the on-site team, attract qualified residents, and engage current residents. You will tour properties, participate in campus events, and assist leadership in lead generation.

Ideal candidates are current students or residents with a customer-service mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. This role reports to the Property Manager and offers opportunities for growth within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
• Current students and residents are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service focused and guest-oriented.
• Able to quickly adjust to changing priorities.
• Organize tasks and focus on main priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents
• Take part in campus networking and marketing
• Conduct property tours to potential residents
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet
• Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects
• Assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment
