Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program from an accredited college or university while in this position.
• Give leasing tours and process inquiries from prospective residents and parents.
• Enter prospective resident information into the Salesforce leasing management system in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Give leasing tours and respond to leasing phone calls and online inquiries.
• Plan and execute marketing events, social media content, and on‑campus initiatives.
• Help maintain a safe, clean community and follow ACC policies and procedures.
• Participate in Turn/Move‑In/Move‑Out processes and unit make‑ready tasks.
