Alpha is seeking a Program Director to advance its coaching-focused education model. You will lead Guides, run weekly life-skills sessions, and coach cohorts to improve resilience, leadership, and academic growth.

You’ll leverage AI-powered learning and performance metrics to drive excellence while maintaining high standards and accountability. This is a full-time, on-campus role with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Strong ability to use data to diagnose problems and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school and master academics.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements weekly.
