Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Leadership & Service, you will manage the event scheduling process for Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) and departmental events across campus reservable spaces.

You will coordinate with supervisors and fellow coordinators, communicate clearly with students and staff, and apply university policies to scheduling decisions

Qualificações

• Thorough knowledge of university infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to interpret and apply a wide variety of policies without specific guidelines.
• Provide independent work under general supervision with sound judgment and initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
