• Oversee daily operations of one or more residential neighborhoods and student leader teams.
• Supervise student leaders, advise diverse housing councils, and support resident engagement.
• Provide on-call/crisis support and conduct adjudication of student conduct.
• Collaborate with Residence Life leadership to foster campus belonging and safe communities.
