Job summary

Salisbury University is seeking a Civil Rights & Title IX Investigator to conduct investigations of nondiscrimination policy violations and provide guidance on fair practices campus-wide. The role supports the Institutional Equity Office and participates in training to promote compliance with legal and policy requirements.

The position reports to the AVP of Institutional Equity and offers full-time exempt status with comprehensive benefits; priority review by November 12, 2026, or until filled.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, customer service, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects under pressure independently and in teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate or support investigations of violations of nondiscrimination policies including EEO, Civil Rights and Title IX.
• Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty and staff on fair practices and compliance training.
