Job summary

Carrington College in Las Vegas is seeking a Campus President to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic initiatives across admissions, academics, student services, and graduate services. You will work under the Vice President of Operations to ensure growth, quality, and fiscal health of the campus.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to align campus goals with senior leadership directives while maintaining compliance and a safe, engaging learning

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in career education.
• 2+ years’ experience in business operations, preferably with P&L responsibility.
• Experience analyzing data related to student, employee, and business outcomes.
• Ability to lead across multiple departments and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic and operational initiatives to achieve goals.
• Manages campus profitability margin.
• Ensures enrollment and graduate services goals are met.
• Leads HR management, including hiring and evaluating staff and faculty.
• Maintains compliance with policies and safety programs.
• Fosters partnerships with community stakeholders.
• Oversees campus safety and shared governance participation.
