Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking a Campus President to oversee day-to-day campus operations and lead strategic initiatives under the Vice President of Operations. The role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, and a focus on growth, enrollment, and program outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing campus profitability, developing academic leadership, HR oversight, and ensuring compliance with policies and accreditation mandates while fostering external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in career education.
• 2+ years in business operations, preferably with P&L responsibility.
• Experience analyzing data to drive growth and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic and operational initiatives to achieve goals.
• Manages campus profitability margin and enrollment/graduate services targets.
• Reviews academic leadership and student outcomes, guiding programs.
• Leads HR management of campus leaders, staff and faculty.
• Drives operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and accreditation standards.
• Fosters partnerships with community stakeholders.
