Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related central plant equipment.
• Monitor cogeneration and electrical generation and distribution systems.
• Use building automation to optimize energy efficiency and system output.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and test repairs.
• Maintain logs, records, and as-built documentation.
• Provide training and direction to staff and trainees.
