Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus at least one year in a full production kitchen.
• Preferred: culinary school degree/certificate plus two years in high-volume food service.
• Food Handler certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and assembles food per production records.
• Follows approved recipes and standards for consistency.
• Maintains cleanliness of workstation at all times.
• Adheres to sanitation guidelines ensuring fresh, wholesome products.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accepts deliveries and stores raw food according to standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
