Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handler certificate from County of San Diego preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food products as assigned by production records or orders, following recipes.
• Ensures product quality by following food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Operates, maintains, and cleans kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assists with inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies to supervisor.
• Keeps work area clean and organized, restocks supplies, and handles waste appropriately.
• Prepares food in a timely, visually appealing manner with correct seasoning.
