Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. on the San Diego campus is seeking a Dishwasher Supervisor to oversee back-of-house cleaning, dishwashing operations and related staff. You will supervise a team, ensure sanitary kitchen practices, and support catering event logistics.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and two years of supervisory food & beverage experience. Basic computer skills and knowledge of health codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two years as a Food & Beverage Supervisory experience required.
• Food & Beverage supervisory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a staff of dishwashers.
• Assumes dishwashing responsibilities for all Back of House areas.
• Manages daily cleaning in kitchens and catering events.
• Interviews, hires and trains staff; manages inventory.
• Washes dishes, takes out trash, cleans walk-ins and floors.
