• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years of catering/event ops experience.
• Experience in coordinating multiple events and managing vendor/client communications.
• Ability to adhere to university procedures and food-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Confirm Banquet Event Orders 3–4 business days prior to events with clients and vendors.
• Create and support execution of BEOs; assist in event setups during peak periods.
• Maintain meetings notes and prepare weekly event updates for teams.
• Coordinate account receivable information and OOEF/BEO submissions with UHD.
