Insperience Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Part-Time On-Site Catering Coordinator to represent Cater2.me at client sites and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will manage setup, service, and breakdown with a focus on hospitality, safety, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain by start date.
• Punctual, self-motivated and capable under pressure.
• Strong communication and a hospitable demeanor.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds safely and stand for 4+ hours.
• Weekday lunch shifts available; multilingual skills a plus.
• Customer service, hospitality, food & beverage or retail background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Cater2.me brand at client sites with a warm, professional manner.
• Set up and breakdown catering areas, ensuring timely service.
• Oversee meal service and replenish food as needed during events.
• Keep work areas tidy and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve issues and forecast needs.
• Interact with clients to answer questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Relay feedback daily through the web portal to improve future menus.
