Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction technology or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate capital project activities across campus construction projects.
• Develop procedures and standards for campus construction contracts and activities.
• Coordinate scopes of work, design drawings and cost proposals for construction activities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality, ensuring on-time completion and compliance.
