Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in project management, construction administration, architecture, or engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at various development phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovations and new construction on campus.
• Prepare project budgets and approval documentation for Finance Department.
• Review construction plans with architects/engineers and recommend changes.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, life safety codes, and internal policies.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
