Job summary

The University of Utah is seeking a Campus Camps Program Manager to oversee year-round youth education programming and summer camps held on campus and partner locations. You will supervise instructors, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive program quality and enrollment.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s or equivalent plus relevant experience; master’s degree with related work is also acceptable.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Youth Education’s Campus Camps programs.
Manage all aspects of program operations, including timelines, logistics, risk management, and participant experience.
Ensure programs align with Youth Education’s mission, goals, and strategic priorities.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and operational standards that support safe, high-quality programming.
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on assessment data, participant feedback, and emerging trends.
Prepare reports, track outcomes, and maintain accurate program records and documentation.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with private businesses, community organizations, and university departments.
Identify and cultivate new program partnerships that expand educational opportunities and strengthen pathways to higher education.
