The University of Utah is seeking a Pre-College Program Manager to lead summer youth education programs and develop curriculum through partnerships with university departments. You will work with three other Youth Education Program Managers to meet program goals, ensuring safety, accessibility, and engagement for ages 14-17.

Qualified candidates bring a bachelor’s degree (or equiv.) and several years of related work experience, plus the ability to manage operations, recruit and train staff, and

• Manage planning, implementation, and improvement of Youth Education’s Pre-College programs.
• Oversee program operations, including timelines, logistics, risk management, and participant experience.
• Ensure programs align with Youth Education’s mission, goals, and priorities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and operational standards that support safe, high-quality programming.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on assessment data and feedback.
• Prepare reports, track outcomes, and maintain accurate program records.
