The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–5+ years in project management for MEP systems, proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project, and strong communication and financial budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal training/experience.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in project management, construction supervision, design, or engineering with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office Professional, and MS Project.
• Deep familiarity with building codes, construction materials, and design/construction methodologies.
• Strong contract administration, risk mitigation, and financial budgeting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Budgeting: develop scopes, timelines, and budgets; procure external architects/engineers.
• Execution & Contract Administration: supervise contractors, oversee scheduling, cost control, permitting, commissioning, and hand-off.
