The role also involves maintaining clean equipment and kitchen, ordering ingredients, and managing inventory to support daily service. Must-haves include following recipes, food handling, sanitation, and basic math for inventory.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
