Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our Madison, WI campus, including a large conference and training space. You will work with a team of AV experts to set up spaces for events, and provide hands-on support to ensure reliable operation for live and virtual audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP and SDVoE protocols and systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate AV systems for our campus facilities.
• Support events large and small, in person and virtual.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure system success.
