Job summary

Epic, based on our campus in Madison, WI, is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large corporate campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. The role requires relocation to the area and offers relocation assistance.

You will work with a team of AV experts to create ideal settings for events large and small, live and virtual, and provide hands-on support to ensure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems.
  • Support and operate AV systems for large campus events and conferences.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure systems work in live and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with AV team to lay out new systems and improve setups.
