Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for its large campus in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation to the area, with financial relocation assistance provided.

You will work with a team of AV experts across 200+ conference rooms, 70 training spaces, and an 11,000-seat auditorium to create optimal settings for events of all sizes, supporting live and virtual experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for corporate campus.
• Provide hands‑on support to ensure successful operation of AV systems.
• Collaborate with AV team to design and lay out systems for large events and conferences.
