Job summary

Epic seeks an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across our Madison, Wisconsin campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. Relocation to the area is required with assistance provided.

You will join a team of AV experts delivering live and virtual events, with hands-on support to ensure reliable performance and a great experience for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large corporate campus.
• Work with a team of AV experts to support events both live and virtual.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure project success.
