Job summary

Epic's AV Engineer role is based on our Madison, Wisconsin campus and includes relocation assistance. You will design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across a large campus with many conference rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

Working with a team of AV specialists, you will lay out new systems and provide hands-on support to ensure event success, both in-person and virtual, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with Epic.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large and complex corporate campus.
  • Support events large and small, live and virtual with hands-on assistance.
  • Lay out new systems and ensure their success through ongoing support by AV experts.
