Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across our Madison-area campus. You’ll support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium, delivering reliable experiences for live and virtual events.

The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with reimbursed relocation and US work eligibility. You will work with a team of AV experts, provide hands-on support, and help lay out and verify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video, and control systems across the campus.
• Collaborate with AV experts to support events large and small, live and virtual.
• Lay out new systems and verify installation quality for successful deployments.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing AV system reliability and performance.
