Job summary

University of North Carolina Charlotte is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support the lifecycle tracking of campus facility assets, warranties, and data integrity within the Archibus system. You will coordinate warranty activities, assist with maintenance data, and work with technicians and supervisors to ensure accurate lifecycle records.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience in university facilities management.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience managing facility and facility equipment assets and warranties within a university campus environment.
• Two or more years of direct experience using the Archibus enterprise asset management system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility asset lifecycle tracking and warranty programs.
• Manage enterprise asset management system data for maintenance and engineering units.
• Coordinate warranty work with vendors and assist with procurement and inventory tasks.
