Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Health Science, Public Health, Psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills for empowering students.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of a cohesive campus-wide alcohol education campaign for all students (e.g., Stay in the Green).
• Design, implement, and assess alcohol education and substance use risk reduction strategies; programming outside business hours.
• Co-develop psychoeducation curricula, presentations, and workshops tailored to diverse student experiences.
• Cultivate a substance-free community; recruit, train, mentor peer leaders and volunteers; manage budget.
• Provide individual and group alcohol education meetings; serve on campus committees and training conferences.
