Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective students, families, and visitors to the Bethlehem Campus.
• Provide general information about admissions and the enrollment process.
• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department.
• Assist with campus tours for prospective students and their families.
• Support recruitment activities, including information sessions, campus tours, open houses, group visits, and college fairs.
• Assist with event preparation, registration, check-in, and materials.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming demeanor.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by Admissions staff.
