Unitek Learning is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee campus-based financial operations, student accounts, and accounts receivable. The role emphasizes aggressive collections, accurate reporting, and adherence to FERPA, FCRA, FDCPA, and Title IV policies.

You will manage aging receivables, collaborate with Financial Aid, and ensure institutional compliance. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in student accounts or AR, a BA/BS in Business or Finance, and strong Excel/SIS/ERP experience.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of experience in student accounts, billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead campus-based efforts to collect and resolve past-due student balances with students, staff, and third-party partners.
• Monitor AR aging reports weekly and implement recovery strategies.
• Track and report collections performance and bad debt impact to senior leadership.
• Ensure billing, payment arrangements, and collections comply with FERPA, FCRA, FDCPA, Title IV, and policies.
• Own reconciliation for aged receivables and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid to ensure receivables integrity in the SIS.
• Initiate third-party collections per institutional policies.
