Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years experience related to academic and/or student services or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the management, administrative direction, and coordination of activities for OAS Transportation and front desk/customer service operations.
• Assists in developing and enhancing campus outreach and managing relationships with campus resource partners.
• Reviews documentation and collaborates with students to determine applicable accommodations, including academic, housing, dietary and transportation.
• Assists in planning and executing accommodated testing during Finals Week and coordinating training and setup of equipment for captioning (CART).
• Performs other duties as assigned, including coverage of other OAS or DSST roles and responsibilities.
