Job summary

The University of Kansas is seeking an Academic Success Student Navigator (Student Hourly) to support students through outreach, case management via KU's early alert system, scheduling, and referrals. You will serve as an advocate and build accountability to increase course completion and student engagement.

Responsibilities include outreach, team engagement, and program improvement, with data entry and documentation in the academic success platform.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a minimum of 6 hours per week.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite as demonstrated in the application materials.
• Previous experience providing high quality customer service.
• Must be in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student academic case management through KU's early alert system.
• Schedule appointments and provide peer-level academic guidance.
• Engage in outreach and referral to campus resources.
• Contribute to program improvements and materials updates.
• Perform data entry and track student cases.
