• Provide guidance, mentorship, and informal training to Level 1 student staff – L, TW, C, P
• Coordinate with event organizers and university staff to confirm A/V requirements – C, P, TW, CT
• Assist in testing and configuring advanced A/V systems, including A/V over IP setups and hybrid event platforms – T, CT, P
• Maintain equipment inventory and assist with routine maintenance and updates – T, P
