University of Pikeville seeks an IT AV events & support technician level I to provide expert-level AV and IT support for live events and classroom technology. Serve as lead for high-profile events and support daily classroom operations on campus.
You will assist with setup, operation, and teardown of equipment, monitor during events, and troubleshoot on-site while coordinating with event staff and IT supervisors to ensure smooth, professional experiences.

Provide expert-level AV and IT support for both live events and classroom technology. Serve as a lead technician for high-profile, technically complex events and support day-to-day classroom technology operations.
Support the coordination and execution of campus events by assisting with IT and A/V setup and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for students interested in event operations, technology, and hands-on experience in live production and customer service. You will work closely with IT staff and event organizers to ensure events run smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
