Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates in merchandising, pricing and customer service.
• Supports sales, margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Staff the department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and training.
• Maintain pricing, planogram integrity and product knowledge across the team.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience and effective communication with managers and HR.
