You’ll meet membership sales targets and serve as a goodwill ambassador, educating guests on benefits and products while building lasting relationships. This onsite role offers schedule flexibility within park operations, opportunities for both full- and part-time work, and a chance to engage with guests at events and check-ins.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Email, and cloud-based software.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented, with energy and enthusiasm.
• Professional behavior and appearance.
• Excellent communicator on phone, via email, and in-person.
• Thrives in a results-oriented sales environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking.
• This role may require a real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet sales targets.
• Implement membership awareness at the campground through calls, emails, events, and materials.
• Identify prospects and move them through the sales cycle.
• Explain and educate guests on new membership products and benefits.
• Run arrival reports to identify potential members and contact new guests.
• Collaborate with park staff to distribute membership materials at check-in.
• Attend park events and manager meetings; set appointments for presentations.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to interested guests.
• Maintain a hot list of top prospects for follow-up and obtain member referrals.
• Oversee inventory of flyers and park signage alongside the Resort Manager.
• Prepare corporate reports to the Area Coordinator and participate in calls/incentives.
• Promote the Ambassador Program and encourage staff referrals.
• Write and manage membership contracts for new members.
• Understand current membership promotions and adhere to contract policies.
