Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist in Gordonville, Texas to promote and sell campground memberships and serve as a goodwill ambassador to potential guests.

You will educate customers on membership products and meet sales targets, with park-based assignments and an option for full- or part-time schedules. Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Email, and cloud-based software sales tools.
• Excellent communicator on phone, email, and in-person.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented; energetic.
• Able to multitask and self-motivated.
• Real estate license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet targets.
• Act as goodwill ambassador to communicate membership benefits.
• Provide education on membership products and promotions.
• Run arrival reports to identify prospects for membership.
• Contact incoming guests to welcome and introduce yourself.
• Hand out membership materials at check-in with park staff.
• Attend park events and manager meetings.
• Set appointments for membership presentations.
• Give effective sales presentations to guests.
• Curate hot list of top prospects for follow up.
• Obtain member referrals.
• Manage inventory of flyers and proper signage with Resort Manager.
• Provide corporate reporting to Area Coordinator.
• Attend weekly Arrival Strategy and Membership Information calls; participate in incentive programs.
• Promote Ambassador Program and engage staff for referrals.
• Write and manage membership contracts for new members.
• Understand current membership promotions and ensure contracts are thorough.
• Adhere to contract policies.
