Ideal candidates have sales experience and strong communication skills; familiarity with Word, Google Drive, Email and cloud-based tools helps. This is a full-time, on-site park-based role with potential license considerations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Word, Google Drive, Email, and cloud-based software.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator by phone, email and in person.
• Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking.
• Role may require a real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet sales targets.
• Identify prospects, move them through the sales cycle, and present benefits.
• Run arrival reports and contact guests to welcome them.
• Distribute membership materials at check-in and attend park events.
• Set appointments for memberships and present to interested guests.
• Maintain referrral lists, inventory of flyers, and signage.
• Prepare and manage membership contracts with accuracy.
• Attend weekly strategy and information calls and participate in incentive programs.
• Promote Ambassador Program and collaborate with staff on referrals.
• Assist with corporate reporting and coordination with Area Coordinator.
