Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Membership Specialist in Monroe, Washington. You will promote and sell campground memberships, meet sales targets, and serve as a goodwill ambassador to guests, educating them on membership products and benefits.

The role includes delivering presentations, managing materials, coordinating with park staff, and supporting reporting and incentive programs. Real estate licensing may be required depending on location and scope.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word programs, Google Drive, Email, and cloud-based software sales programs.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and meet membership sales targets.
• Identify prospects and move them through the sales cycle.
• Give effective sales presentations to guests and complete contracts accurately.
• Attend park events and coordinate with staff to promote membership programs.
• Maintain and manage membership materials, reports, and referrals.
