Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is hiring a Membership Sales Specialist for Chehalis, WA to promote and sell campground memberships and meet sales targets. You’ll act as a goodwill ambassador, educating guests on benefits and products while coordinating with park staff.

The role offers opportunities for both full- and part-time work at designated parks, with in-park support materials and an emphasis on guest relations and referral development.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficient with Word, Drive, Email.
• Excellent communication on phone, email, and in person.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a sales environment.
• Comfortable working in a campground and in a structured process.
• Real estate license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet targets.
• Educate guests on membership products and benefits.
• Coordinate with park staff to distribute materials and set up displays.
• Make appointments and conduct sales presentations to guests.
• Manage membership contracts and maintain accurate records.
