Job summary

KOA campground is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Team Supervisor to ensure upkeep of buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds to KOA standards. You will delegate tasks, supervise a team, and monitor progress to deliver well-maintained facilities for guests.

The role requires overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring safety compliance, and providing attentive customer service while addressing guest needs and reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment
• Intermediate knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage
• Intermediate knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of delegating projects and following up on said project
• Capable of managing a group of employees
• Ability to lead by example and be a role model

Responsibilities

• Oversee carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance to campground facilities and grounds
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs including pool/spa, lawns, landscaping, and equipment upkeep
• Ensure safety compliance with KOA and local regulations and train staff on safety procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs; report issues to Campground Manager/owners
