Job summary

The KOA campground is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Team Supervisor to oversee repairs, maintenance and grounds upkeep across facilities, equipment and pools. You will delegate tasks, supervise staff and ensure work meets KOA standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating carpentry, electrical and plumbing work, ensuring safety compliance, delivering high guest service, and managing daily to monthly maintenance programs. You may lead by example and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
• Intermediate knowledge of chemical properties, handling, and usage.
• Intermediate knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance to campground facilities and grounds.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programs including pool/spa, lawn care, landscaping and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure safety and compliance with KOA and local regulations in handling equipment and chemicals.
• Provide superior customer service and promptly report guest issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned or changed by management.
