Job summary

Kampgrounds of America, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Representative (GSR) for our Ridgway, Colorado campground. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and process reservations and payments at the front desk.

You will maintain a tidy store, answer guest inquiries about local attractions, handle cash per KOA procedures, and work as part of a team to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable campground experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Able to communicate clearly and manage conflict.
• Working knowledge of standard operational procedures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk per KOA standards.
• Register guests, issue keys, and confirm reservations.
• Process payments and manage cash per KOA procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked campground store.
• Answer guest inquiries about amenities and local attractions.
