Overview

Greetings to all applicants!

Wayfarer Vans is looking for a full-time builder and installer to help deliver high-quality camper vans to eagerly awaiting customers.

Responsibilities

• In production, build components to be installed in vans using nail guns, sanders, and routers with a high degree of quality and attention to detail; be a problem solver and champion of safety.
• In the installation shop, install all components in sequence with basic tools such as socket wrenches and impact drivers. Installations may include light electrical and bodywork, such as cutting into and installing vent fans and windows, and wiring small, low-voltage equipment.
• Split time between production and installation shops, coordinating work to meet customer orders.

You’ll have plenty of time for your own outdoor adventures with options to work a flex schedule and enjoy a three-day weekend every week, or, if you stick to the five-day workweek, you can head out at 1 pm on Fridays.

• Paid time off (PTO) and health insurance — covering 100% of the employee, 50% of spouses or significant others, and 50% of dependents.
• Profit-sharing (upwards of $10,000 annually).
• Family leave time and the ability to borrow a company camper van.
