Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience including leadership of large-scale, multi-year campaigns.
• 5+ years building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year campaigns aligned with organizational priorities; translate vision into cases for support with measurable goals.
• Design campaign structure including feasibility, goal setting, phasing, pacing, and integrated planning.
• Manage external advisors/consultants to strengthen messaging and support campaign planning and execution; track goals and milestones.
