Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking a Digital Advocacy Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across email, web, SMS, social, and paid media. You’ll partner with communications, legal and lobbying teams to drive supporter action and engagement.

This senior role may be based in any Earthjustice office or remotely from within the US. You will manage a team, develop strategy, measure KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations while upholding Earthjustice’s values of Justice, Excellence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with at least one eCRM tool—preferably EveryAction and experience with at least one mobile platform—preferably Mobile Commons.
• Experience working with 501(c)(4) organizations is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, HTML, and digital tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and take on responsibility.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational, and project management skills a must.
• Ability to translate complex issues into compelling, accessible communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel digital advocacy campaigns across email, web, SMS, social, and paid advertising.
• Ensure cohesive messaging across channels; optimize email and mobile engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Work with Digital team to produce accurate, timely advocacy content for audiences and monitor rapid-response moments.
• Partner with Associate Director to manage campaigns and report on performance to stakeholders.
• Oversee training and mentorship for the Digital Advocacy Specialist and promote best practices.
