Environmental Campaign Assistant Director – Fund for the Public Interest
We’re hiring and training Canvass Directors to build public support for environmental issues. This role involves educating the public, building support, raising funds, and managing a field team.
We offer hands‑on training in an existing canvass office, classroom‑style training on social change concepts, and advanced training on staff management, canvassing, and campaign strategy.
Canvass Directors work on campaigns across the country – currently in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Minnesota, Texas, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California. Geographical flexibility is required.
Annual compensation target: $38,250 – $53,750, depending on position and location.
